A Memorial service to commemorate the crew of Wellington KX-B, of 311 Sqn, will be held at the KX-B monument at Petten, Holland, on 17 October 2013.

Commander of the Air Force of the Czech Republic

3. Flypast by two Aero L-39ZA Albatros aircraft from 222nd “Šiškova” Training Squadron, based at the 22nd Air Force Base Biskajská – Náměšť nad Oslavou, Czech Republic.

4. Laying of wreaths/flowers

5. The Last Post – bugler: Mr. Koen Schreurs

6. One minute silence

7. Reveille – bugler: Mr. Koen Schreurs

8. Final remarks by Mrs. Dagmar Johnson-Šišková

9. Closing and march-past

The monument is located next to Visitor’s Centre at Dijk te Kijk.
