  1. maybe I’m not seeing him, but I can’t see my grandfather, Vladimir Julius Kopeček…..

    Moderators Note – These are the Czechoslovak’s who died in WW2 while in RAF service, and thus concurrently serving in the Czechoslovak Air Force. Vladimir Julius Kopeček died 10/11/1955 and thus outside that period and also no longer serving in the Czechoslovak Air Force.

    You will find his name on the Winged Lion Memorial in Prague where the names of all the 2512 Czechoslovaks who served in the RAF during WW2 are named – https://fcafa.com/2017/11/15/winged-lion-names-unveiling-13-11-2017/

    Moderators Note – These are the Czechoslovak’s who died in WW2 while in RAF service, and thus concurrently serving in the Czechoslovak Air Force. Kurt Kosta Kohn died in 1975 and thus outside that period and also no longer serving in the Czechoslovak Air Force.
